This 1930s semi detached house was remodelled in order to create a modern family dwelling. The rear of the house was opened up to create a large family kitchen and adjacent day room with under floor heating. A new glazed extension with sliding/ folding doors was added to the kitchen forming a dining area with views and access out into the newly landscaped garden. A new lighting system was installed throughout the house on an 8 zone Lutron system allowing the mood of spaces to be altered.
