This 1960’s terraced town house was refurbished to create a modern family home. The spaces were simplified to create a large open plan living and dining area allowing the light to flood the space from both front & rear glazing. A new balustrade was installed over 3 storeys & a new oak flooring with a new under floor heating system was laid throughout.
