A full refurbishment project was undertaken of this studio apartment within an Art Deco mansion block. The space was stripped out and replanned to maximise the existing area. Glass sliding walls were introduced to increase the natural daylight within the space and materials were kept to a minimal palette to create a clean, calm and consistent environment throughout.
